Sales Executive - Luxury Fashion

About the role

Naja Saade Couture is looking for a Sales Executive who combines sales discipline with attentive client service, discretion and a genuine understanding of the luxury experience. Reporting to the CEO and Creative Director, the Sales Executive manages the client journey from the first introduction and private appointment through order confirmation, delivery follow-up and after-sales service. The position is based in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets
• Develop qualified opportunities in approved GCC markets
• Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, high-net-worth individuals and luxury-sector contacts
• Conduct private appointments and client consultations
• Coordinate orders, fittings, updates and deliveries
• Maintain accurate client, opportunity and sales records
• Represent the Maison professionally at selected events

Required profile

• At least five years of relevant experience in luxury sales, customer service, client relations or business development
• Experience in haute couture, luxury fashion, jewellery, premium hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands is strongly preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is an advantage
• Availability to travel within the GCC and other selected markets
