Digital Sales & Customer Success Representative

About the role

Tomohi is looking for a motivated, customer-focused and target-driven Digital Sales & Customer Success Representative for a fully remote position. You will promote the company's online courses, manage incoming leads and support learners through registration and purchase. A key part of the role is following up with users during and after demo experiences, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell them into additional courses or premium programs.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell online courses and programs, and respond to leads via phone, WhatsApp, social media and events
• Contact prospects, explain courses, platform features, pricing and promotions, and turn leads into registrations and sales
• Follow up with current customers using product demos to deliver a positive experience and upsell them
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and upselling targets
• Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customer interactions
• Guide new users on accessing the platform and help with registration, subscription and payment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals
• Work with the Marketing team on campaigns and promotions, and prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, registrations and sales

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer success, account management or a related role
• Prior experience in digital sales, e-learning or education
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Natural sales flair, excellent follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently under pressure with a high volume of leads

Required skills

• Confident communication across phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
