Surgery Product Specialist - Urology & Gynecology

About the role

This role serves the Urology and Gynecology surgery specialties, using clinical knowledge to highlight the added value of the company's products to end users. You build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, drive sales through consistent follow-ups and skilled negotiation, and work autonomously to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily tasks within a general framework, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned product lines.
• Build professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Work as a team player and promote teamwork within the organization.
• Achieve assigned product sales quotas and support initiatives that ensure product profitability.
• Assist doctors in the operating theater with their interventions using the company's products.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and help expand the company's portfolio with complementary products.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience with proven achievements.
• Autonomous, self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who likes challenges.
• High professional and ethical standards, disciplined yet able to think outside the box.
• Problem solver and forward thinker who handles objections positively.
• Motorized; English and Arabic are required, French is a plus.
