Sales Engineer - MEA Region

About the role

SoftSales Consulting provides solutions that help businesses optimise their operations and is looking for a Sales Engineer to join its team. The role combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to connect the company's solutions with clients' needs. It is a full-time position based in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to prospect potential clients and generate leads.
• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
• Give technical demonstrations of products and services.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work with internal teams so that projects are implemented smoothly.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and give ongoing support.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or a client-facing technical role.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Past sales experience in the MEA market (UAE, Qatar and similar).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated with good organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.

Required skills
