Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting and networking.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, banking or insurance is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented.
