Unit Leader – Sales & Team Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and develop a team of Insurance Advisors. The Unit Leader will drive growth, coach staff, and ensure sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
• Set clear objectives and support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Conduct joint field meetings and coach team members to improve performance.
• Build strong client relationships and identify suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Monitor team activities, track performance, and drive continuous growth.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and passionate about developing people.
