Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work on‑site in Sinn Al Fil, engaging both prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and propose appropriate solutions. This full‑time position is part of Securite Assurance, a leading Lebanese insurer with a long‑standing heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand coverage requirements.
• Prepare, present and explain quotations and policy options.
• Manage policy inquiries, onboarding of new clients and renewal processes.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support the sales cycle.
• Track sales activities and contribute to individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial‑services sales is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English or French is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
