Sales & Business Development Associate – Industrial Software

About the role

We are launching SOP, an industrial software platform that unifies SCADA, production, performance, maintenance and reporting on a single database. As a Sales & Business Development Associate you will introduce SOP to system integrators and help expand its market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with system integrators, schedule first meetings and build relationships.
• Lead prospects to live product demonstrations alongside a technical engineer.
• Maintain daily lead progression through follow‑ups, CRM updates and meeting notes.
• From December, open new geographic markets via LinkedIn outreach.

Required profile

• Strong belief in the product you sell and the ability to convey that conviction.
• Resilient, turning a “no” into the start of a conversation.
• Presence that is positive, warm and confident in both good and challenging situations.
• Ability to identify the key decision‑maker, understand their obstacles and help remove them.
