Sales Associate – Showroom & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our showroom team in Jounieh. The role involves greeting customers, providing personalized interior‑design advice, and driving sales of furniture and décor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, delivering high‑quality service.
• Present, promote, and sell furniture and related products using solid arguments.
• Follow up with customers after visits and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Ensure the showroom meets visual standards, complete daily checklists, and manage seasonal inventories.
• Implement window and interior displays as directed by Visual Merchandising.
• Price items, monitor stock levels, and order missing merchandise.
• Advise customers on furniture size, style, colour, fabric and wood to complement their homes, including taking measurements on‑site.
• Unroll and display curtains and carpets, close sales, and coordinate delivery logistics.
• Report customer feedback, market trends and competitive activity to management.

Required profile

• Interior design background with at least 2 years of experience in furniture retail.
• Strong written and oral communication, selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Ability to build immediate credibility with customers and uphold high service standards.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of the furniture industry and customer‑service best practices.
