Sales Specialist

About the role

Switch Telecom is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its customer‑focused team in Jounieh. You will help potential and existing customers choose the right internet service, demonstrate the benefits, and close sales while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their connectivity needs.
• Present suitable internet solutions, conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up leads via in‑person meetings, phone calls and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the customer‑service team to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
• Assist in training colleagues on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, manage a pipeline and meet targets.
• Basic familiarity with internet or telecom products is a plus.
• Professional, approachable presence for on‑site interactions in Jounieh.
• Organizational attention to detail and comfort using CRM or sales‑related software.
• Prior experience in sales, retail or customer‑facing roles is advantageous, but entry‑level candidates are welcome.
