Sales and Business Development Manager – Solar PV Structures

About the role

The Technical Sales & Business Development Manager – Solar PV Structures will expand KBE Energy’s commercial and industrial solar PV mounting business across Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical evaluation of PV installations with proactive sales and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV mounting structures in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, and C&I clients.
• Review project specifications and recommend suitable mounting solutions for rooftops, carports, and ground‑mounted systems.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, material take‑offs and cost evaluations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal engineering, procurement and operations teams to ensure project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Engineering accepted with relevant experience).
• 3–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in solar PV mounting structures.
• Proven experience in commercial & industrial (C&I) solar PV applications.
• Established EPC relationships and familiarity with the Saudi Arabian solar market are a plus.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of rooftop, carport and ground‑mounted PV systems.
• Ability to evaluate structural loads, anchoring systems, materials and installation constraints.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations and BOQs.
• Strong coordination with manufacturers, suppliers and engineering teams.
