About the role
Right To Play is seeking an experienced consultant to provide expert guidance on Safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) across its programs in Lebanon. The consultant will work closely with program teams to ensure child protection standards are embedded and upheld.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and adapt safeguarding policies and PSEAH frameworks to align with international standards and local context.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for ongoing projects.
- Design and deliver training sessions for staff and partners on safeguarding and PSEAH protocols.
- Provide technical advice on incident reporting, case management, and response mechanisms.
- Monitor compliance, produce regular reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in safeguarding, child protection, or PSEAH within humanitarian or development settings.
- Strong knowledge of UN and international safeguarding guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
