About the role
SuperDokan, a fast‑growing Lebanese retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Online Picker & Retail Sales Representative for its Baalbek branch. You will ensure online orders are prepared accurately and provide friendly in‑store service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders, checking quantity, condition and expiry dates.
- Maintain a clean, organized order‑preparation area and report out‑of‑stock items.
- Welcome customers in‑store, assist with product selection and answer queries about prices and promotions.
- Keep shelves stocked, tidy and correctly labelled, and handle basic customer issues.
Required profile
- Friendly, polite and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Organised with strong attention to detail, able to work quickly during busy periods.
- Reliable attendance, team‑player and willing to learn.
- Available for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Basic ability to use order‑management devices and POS systems.
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
