Partnerships Manager – Corporate Affairs

About the role

As a Partnerships Manager, you will drive PepsiCo’s partnership and social impact agenda across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Working closely with Communications, Marketing, Public Policy and other functions, you will build strategic relationships, design impactful programs and help strengthen PepsiCo’s reputation in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage relationships with NGOs, educational institutions, innovation hubs, cultural organisations and community partners.
• Design and execute partnership plans that align with business priorities, reputation goals and social impact objectives.
• Collaborate with Public Policy and Government Affairs on initiatives involving government or semi‑government entities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day implementation of flagship social impact programs covering youth development, entrepreneurship, education, food security and sustainable agriculture.
• Track partnership performance, budgets, milestones and reporting, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies.
• Support employee volunteering, community engagement and the planning of partnership‑related events, launches and workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or corporate social responsibility, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
