Paid Media Specialist - Google Ads & Meta Ads

About the role

Sancus Advertising Agency, a U.S.-based agency serving clients in the United States and Lebanon, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who can independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and communicate results clearly. The role starts at 5-8 hours per week, with campaign assignments and priorities agreed around the available hours. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns for U.S. and Lebanese clients.
• Research keywords and audiences, refine geographic targeting and manage negative keywords.
• Write ad copy and work with the creative team to test visuals and messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending and optimize for qualified leads and conversions.
• Set up, verify and troubleshoot conversion tracking, coordinating with the web team when needed.
• Provide concise performance reports with results, insights and recommended next steps.
• Adapt campaign strategies to each client's market, audience, goals and budget.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience independently managing campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong written and spoken English, clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and coordinate with a U.S. and Lebanon-based team.
• Own laptop, reliable internet and backup power for continuity during outages; start date immediately.

Required skills

• Lead generation, bidding, audience targeting, remarketing and campaign optimization.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager.
• Preferred: experience with U.S. and/or Lebanese clients, local service or home-services lead generation, Arabic copywriting, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, call tracking, Looker Studio, and Google Ads or Meta certifications.

What we offer

• Part-time schedule of 5-8 hours per week, during U.S. business hours.
• Compensation of $11 USD per hour.
