Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

FamePass, Lebanon's influencer barter marketplace connecting creators with restaurants, cafés, hotels, nightlife, wellness, fitness and lifestyle businesses, is hiring a full-time Outdoor Sales Executive. You will grow the venue partner network across Lebanon by identifying and approaching potential venues, presenting the FamePass value proposition, negotiating partnerships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify high-potential venues across Lebanon
• Conduct calls, WhatsApp outreach, networking and field visits
• Meet venue owners and decision-makers
• Present FamePass and negotiate partnership terms
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Manage leads, follow-ups and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
• Attend networking and industry events when required

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in sales, business development or partnerships
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, nightlife, technology, media, wellness or lifestyle is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage
• Driving licence and access to a car are an advantage
