Operations Manager - Digital Transformation

About the role

SD Shift, a digital transformation and ERP solutions company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead its operations. The role ensures the effective delivery of ERP implementation, process automation and software development projects, manages cross-functional teams of functional consultants and developers, and acts as the main link between SD Shift and Group Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of SD Shift, aligned with company strategy
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of ERP and digital transformation projects
• Supervise functional consultants, developers and technical teams on performance, productivity and quality
• Act as main client contact, understand client needs and turn them into functional and technical solutions
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Implement best practices in ERP, process automation and software development
• Coordinate technical teams with business stakeholders, identify risks and set up mitigation plans
• Ensure documentation, reporting and project tracking; establish and monitor KPIs
• Contribute to proposals, client meetings and solution design, and support business development
• Work with the Group Operations Manager, coach the team and optimise resource use

Required profile

• 10+ years in operations management, project management or ERP/digital transformation
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations (preferably Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects at once
• Previous experience in a startup company
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, MIS, computer science or a related field
• Master's degree or certifications such as PMP are a plus
