NetSuite Integration Developer - Corporate

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for a NetSuite Integration Developer to join its Financial Systems team in Lebanon. Reporting to the NetSuite Developer, the role supports the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications. It works with the Finance Systems team, finance stakeholders and portfolio companies to ensure reliable and secure connectivity between business systems and NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Connect procurement, accounts payable, expense management and other third-party applications to NetSuite for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
• Connect billing, invoicing, payment, collection and other applications to NetSuite for Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Develop integrations that create, retrieve or update NetSuite records through APIs.
• Support onboarding of new applications that need to exchange data with NetSuite and enhance existing integrations.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools showing integration activity, status, errors and failures.
• Work with NetSuite APIs, records and data structures, and set up access and authentication controls.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures and integration onboarding guides.
• Support testing and deployment of new integrations and enhancements.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite development or integrations, including APIs, SuiteQL, NetSuite records and authentication.
• Experience developing or supporting NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Required skills

• Familiarity with API integration, authentication, monitoring, logging and troubleshooting.
• Cloud-based integration technologies and development tools are an asset.
