Manager – Growth Brand Marketing & Eminence

About the role

As a Manager in Brand, Marketing and Eminence at Deloitte, you will lead the creation and execution of brand, marketing and communications strategies that support business objectives and drive growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand, marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness region‑wide.
• Develop integrated marketing and communications plans for alliances and strategic growth offerings.
• Partner with strategic alliances to design joint go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Lead planning and delivery of internal and external campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic marketing advice.
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring financial discipline and strong ROI.
• Monitor performance, deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage external suppliers such as creative agencies, designers and event partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; postgraduate degree advantageous.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Proven experience developing go‑to‑market strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders and budgets.
• Knowledge of the Middle‑East market and fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital marketing, social media and CRM tools.
