Life Insurance Sales Specialist – Monthly Financing & Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team in Beirut (with options to work from Jbeil or remotely). The role focuses on delivering tailored protection and savings solutions to individuals and corporate clients, combining a solid base salary with a performance‑based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and thorough needs assessments.
• Prepare personalized insurance and financial proposals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
• Stay informed on market trends, policy structures, and new financial products.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of post‑graduation experience in insurance, sales or financial services.
• Proven ability to assess individual or corporate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Organizational ability to manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
