Sales Consultant

About the role

SureTrust Protect is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to work on‑site in Zalqa. You will meet prospective and existing clients, assess their protection needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Explain product features and benefits, and follow up leads to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Consistently work to exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting experience, preferably in financial services, insurance or protection products.
• Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver quality service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse clients.
• Consulting mindset with analytical and relationship‑building abilities.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
