IT Specialist – Employee Tech Lifecycle

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an IT Specialist to manage the full employee technology lifecycle for its Lebanon office. You will be the primary point of contact for all end‑user IT needs, from onboarding new hires to securely decommissioning devices when employees leave.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR/People Operations to provision, configure, and deactivate user accounts in Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams and other HRIS‑linked tools.
• Coordinate first‑day hardware setup, including laptop provisioning, credential creation, and orientation walkthroughs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of company‑owned devices, track warranty status, and plan lifecycle refreshes.
• Image, configure, enroll, and manage devices through the company’s MDM solution.
• Provide first‑line helpdesk support for Wi‑Fi, password resets, account lockouts, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Monitor and enforce patch compliance, ensuring all endpoints are current with OS and software updates.
• Document access records and audit termination processes to support SOC 2 compliance.

Required profile

• Experience supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking assets and access rights.
