Business Applications QA Engineer

About the role

The Business Applications QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and release readiness of enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role focuses on functional testing, validating business processes, workflows, integrations, permissions and data behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scenarios, regression packs and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, usability and end‑to‑end testing across SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Validate integrations between SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 services, APIs, webhooks and third‑party platforms.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity and supporting evidence.
• Retest resolved defects, conduct regression testing and support UAT, release validation and post‑release verification.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and prevent recurring defects.
• Maintain QA documentation, testing evidence, defect reports, regression suites and release‑readiness reports.
• Use Azure DevOps, Jira and Postman for defect tracking, test management, API testing and release coordination.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience testing Microsoft enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• At least one active Microsoft certification (e.g., PL‑900, PL‑200).
• Excellent written and spoken English and full availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time while based in Lebanon.
