Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

The Techno-Functional Consultant will support the implementation, management and ongoing support of compliance, portfolio management and lending solutions. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure applications meet operational requirements and deliver reliable performance. The role involves collaborating with global professionals to align banking products with regulatory standards and to maintain high data quality. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in implementation projects of business applications, aligning them with operational needs.
• Design and execute data migration plans while maintaining data integrity and optimizing performance.
• Provide training, assistance and support to ongoing projects and end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in system integration and software development.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in T‑SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures and database optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server and Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Experience with .NET development.
• Knowledge of API integrations, web services and IT security best practices.
