DevOps Specialist – Technical Analyst (IS Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst / DevOps professional to join our IS Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of internal systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with end‑users to ensure business continuity and support system health.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues.
• Document and track incidents in a ticketing system, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Respond to and resolve automated alerts to maintain system health.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and security patches.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge‑base development for the operations team.
• Proactively recommend system improvements and process enhancements.

Required profile

• 3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar technical environment and DevOps implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Required skills

• Linux operating systems.
• Database administration and SQL.
• Monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana).
• Build automation and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus).
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting languages: Bash, Groovy, Python.
• Infrastructure automation with Ansible.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) – a plus.
