Insurance Consultant – Life & Financial Protection

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in Beirut/Jbeil with flexible remote options. As an Insurance Consultant you will provide expert financial guidance on life, personal accident, health, and retirement & savings products, assessing each client’s unique needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and comprehensive needs assessments.
• Prepare personalized insurance and financial proposals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, policy structures, and new financial products.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with the ability to assess and meet client needs.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage a diverse portfolio.
• Background in insurance, sales, or financial services is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French proficiency is a plus.
