Indoor Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Indoor Sales Coordinator works full‑time on‑site in Antelias, handling walk‑in and phone inquiries for NN RENT A CAR. The role involves presenting rental options, preparing quotations, and processing reservations and contracts using the company’s documented systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer records and keep the booking system up to date.
• Coordinate with the operations team to verify vehicle availability.
• Prepare and issue quotations, contracts, and invoices.
• Follow up proactively with leads and maintain relationships with corporate and NGO clients.
• Support franchise partners by providing sales‑related information when needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and resolve customer issues professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills for individual, corporate, and NGO clients.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience handling inquiries and closing rental agreements.
• Proficiency with computer‑based reservation systems and office software for data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple inquiries and bookings.
• Attention to detail in contracts, billing, and customer records.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Antelias and collaborate with operations and management teams.
• Prior experience in car rental, hospitality, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to a process‑driven work environment.
