Business Development Representative (GCC)

About the role

AICAIC builds and operates Naviflow, an AI-powered shipment-management platform for exporters, importers and traders. It is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow Naviflow in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. You will own the full sales cycle with exporters, importers, trading companies and other cargo owners who ship more than 100 shipments a year, from first contact with a decision-maker to the signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Research and reach decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and telephone
• Qualify leads against the target customer profile
• Run product demonstrations, in person and online
• Prepare tailored quotations and run multi-stakeholder sales cycles to signature
• Keep prospects, opportunities and activities up to date in HubSpot
• Build account plans for top prospects and share the pipeline and forecast monthly
• Represent Naviflow at trade fairs and industry events in the region
• Share field insights with the product team

Required profile

• Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics or supply chain
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of the GCC market and its business culture; a regional network is a plus
• Confidence running demos, negotiating and closing
