About the role

Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, drive sales, and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s luxury and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage store staff to deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain boutique standards.
• Sales Management: Drive sales and achieve targets effectively.
• Customer Experience: Provide personalized service, address customer needs, and resolve issues promptly.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations including inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Brand Representation: Ensure the boutique’s environment reflects the brand’s image and values.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment with a proven track record in team leadership and sales.
• Other Requirements: Customer‑centric mindset, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and passion for luxury retail.
