Human Resources Intern (Remote)

About the role

OurEasyGame LLC is looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support its Human Resources department. The ideal candidate is a university graduate with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment and HR operations. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Review CVs and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Communicate with applicants and coordinate recruitment processes.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
• Support the HR team in improving recruitment and organizational processes.

Required profile

• University graduate; currently enrolled students are not eligible.
• Resides in the Matn area, Lebanon.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
