About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join PrimeCare Solutions in Beirut. The role focuses on attracting top talent and supporting the growth of our teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple positions.
- Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate records and produce recruitment reports.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR‑related tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
