About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join PrimeCare Solutions in Beirut. The role focuses on attracting top talent and supporting the growth of our teams.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple positions.
Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
Maintain candidate records and produce recruitment reports.
Support employee onboarding and other HR‑related tasks.

Required profile

Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
