Head of Consumer Healthcare Division

About the role

The Head of Consumer Healthcare Division is responsible for the end‑to‑end strategy and performance of the division’s brand portfolio. You will design and execute a coherent brand‑by‑brand plan that integrates trade, distribution, medical promotion and consumer demand to deliver a true 360° commercial approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy for each brand, defining positioning, pricing, channel mix and growth priorities.
• Ensure alignment between push (trade, distribution) and pull (consumer demand, activation) activities across all brands.
• Direct medical promotion strategy, guaranteeing scientific messaging and healthcare‑professional engagement.
• Manage relationships with principals and suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and secure marketing support.
• Lead, structure and develop the commercial team, setting targets and driving sales performance.
• Oversee integrated online and offline marketing, activation planning and execution at point of sale.

Required profile

• Strategic, brand‑led thinker capable of turning vision into executable plans.
• Strong commercial acumen across both push and pull dynamics.
• Proven experience negotiating with principals and managing supplier relationships.
• Leadership experience in building high‑performing commercial, medical and marketing teams.
• Fluency in integrated marketing, including digital, trade and activation.
