Growth Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Business Growth & Innovation Manager to lead the expansion of our product portfolio across the GCC region. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, driving product innovation, and executing go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for GCC market entry and expansion.
• Identify high‑potential product opportunities aligned with market needs and trends.
• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of new product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute go‑to‑market plans.
• Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis within GCC.
• Translate data into actionable insights and monitor regional trends and regulatory changes.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
• Develop growth forecasts, financial models, and KPIs; track performance of new initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and mentor team members.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, consulting, or innovation roles.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling products in the GCC or similar markets.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in startups, scale‑ups, or high‑growth environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in execution.
