Growth Marketer & Media Buyer – High‑Ticket Funnels (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth Marketer & Media Buyer to own the entire funnel from ad creation to booked calls for high‑ticket offers. You will work directly with the Managing Director, shaping strategy, creative concepts, and automation for our AI‑driven investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategy, big‑idea concepts and detailed briefs covering audience, belief shifts, angles, offers and KPIs.
• Create and iterate ad copy, headlines, hooks, scripts and on‑image callouts using AI‑generated static and video assets.
• Design and build landing pages, lead magnets, booking, VSL and confirmation pages, integrating them with the CRM.
• Implement instant multi‑channel follow‑up sequences, pre‑call nurture, and recovery flows to boost show rates.
• Map full funnel architecture, build CRM workflows, pipelines and automation for edge‑case handling.
• Manage paid media on Meta (primary), Google Search and YouTube, including pixel setup, Conversions API and budget pacing.
• Track full‑funnel metrics, produce daily/weekly reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven track record building profitable high‑ticket, call‑based funnels (offers in the thousands of dollars).
• Portfolio of live ads, copy, pages and sequences you can explain line‑by‑line.
• Elite creative and copywriting ability that stands out in a skeptical market.
• AI‑native production skills for rapid creative and page generation.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM workflow automation (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads management, pixel and Conversions API implementation.
• Google Search and YouTube advertising.
• AI tools for video, image, voice and copy generation (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• Landing page creation using AI‑assisted builders.
• CRM workflow design (GoHighLevel or equivalent).
• Full‑funnel performance measurement and reporting.
