Flight Dispatcher – Full‑time, On‑site in Beirut

About the role

The Flight Dispatcher will join Private Routes Aviation SPC’s operations team in Beirut, ensuring safe and efficient flight execution. Working full‑time on‑site, you will coordinate all aspects of flight planning and monitoring for scheduled services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file flight plans, calculate fuel requirements and evaluate route options in line with aviation regulations.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs and other operational data, adjusting plans as needed.
• Coordinate departure and arrival times with pilots, ground crews and air traffic control.
• Maintain accurate dispatch documentation and operational records.
• Support decision‑making for flight delays, diversions or schedule changes.
• Contribute to safety and risk‑management processes and overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in flight dispatch and flight planning activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to make sound decisions under time pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with pilots, operations staff and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
