Export Sales Manager

About the role

Sara Food Group is looking for an Export Sales Manager to expand its international sales channels and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. The position can be based in Khaldeh, Lebanon, or Mersin, Türkiye, depending on the candidate’s residence, and involves regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop export sales and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Identify new markets, assess business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market entry plans.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and regional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to meet customers, visit markets, and attend business events.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, international sales, or export business development.
• Knowledge of export documentation, regulations, and cross‑border trade.
• Experience preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and market plans.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in food and beverage or FMCG export sales is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with multicultural teams and travelling internationally.
