DevOps Engineer – Multi-Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Onsite, a construction management software provider headquartered in Dubai, is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure behind its Onsite Construction Cloud. You will run a multi-cloud production estate across AWS, Azure and OCI, keeping it secure and monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimize production environments and manage application web servers (patching, hardening, capacity and cost)
• Design and maintain networking: VPCs, subnets, security groups, NACLs, route tables, VPNs and load balancing; support regional deployments for data residency
• Administer relational databases in a multi-tenant architecture, automate backups, restores, migrations and performance tuning
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with versioned, rollback-ready releases, automated tests, security scanning and AI-assisted code review
• Maintain development, QA and staging environments, and implement SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 controls and evidence
• Manage identity and access, TLS, EDR and vulnerability remediation
• Run observability with Grafana, Loki and Grafana Alloy, lead incident response and post-mortems, and automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, Node and Bash

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years in DevOps, cloud or systems engineering running production SaaS workloads
• Solid networking and security fundamentals (TLS, firewalls, DNS, IAM)

Required skills

• AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch) and Azure; 3+ years with SQL Server administration
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, Git, Jenkins or equivalent
