Commercial Manager – Strategic Sales & Business Development

About the role

The Commercial Manager will shape and execute the company’s commercial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. This role drives profitable revenue growth across multiple packaging segments while safeguarding margins and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Lead local sales activities for food packaging, paper cups, paper bags, wrapping paper, and custom packaging solutions.
• Manage key customer accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships and high satisfaction.
• Identify new market opportunities, export channels, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Create pricing strategies in coordination with Finance and Executive Management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Participate in tenders, major quotations, and strategic negotiations.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with production to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems for customer management and sales reporting.
