Clinic Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organized and reliable Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our growing dental clinic in Tyre, South Lebanon. Reporting directly to Dr. Reda, you will ensure smooth workflow, improve processes, and support the clinic’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day clinic issues, including staff coordination, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across all departments.
• Develop new protocols to improve quality where gaps exist.
• Oversee financial activities such as collections, receivables, cash handling, and supplier payments.
• Lead the team by managing schedules, tracking tasks, setting clear objectives, and providing regular written reports.
• Support patient growth initiatives and coordinate marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Experience in clinic or practice management, or related operations.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Leadership and people‑management skills.
• Comfort with numbers and clinic software.
• Reliable presence and high level of trust.
• Healthcare or paramedical background is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
