Practice & Operations Assistant / Nurse

About the role

The clinic is seeking a versatile Practice & Operations Assistant to keep daily clinical activities organized and support both operational and marketing functions. This hands‑on position blends clinical assistance with logistical coordination and content creation, ensuring smooth patient flow and effective outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and prepare the doctor’s daily schedule.
• Manage clinical supplies, inventory, and ordering processes.
• Provide chair‑side and general clinical assistance during patient visits.
• Support the team with tasks inside and outside the clinic, including off‑site activities.
• Create and publish social‑media content, case studies, campaigns, and patient recall messages.
• Prepare extra‑clinical materials such as presentations and patient hand‑outs.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable balancing clinical support, logistics, and content creation.
• Strong eye for social‑media and marketing content.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tyre with occasional off‑site tasks.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Background in nursing or paramedical fields (e.g., nurse, dental nurse) is a strong plus.
