Fitness Trainer Supervisor

About the role

The Fitness Trainer Supervisor leads the fitness, sports and recreational programs within a health club environment. You will design, deliver and promote safe, effective workouts while providing nutrition guidance to members.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate fitness, sports and recreational activities.
• Teach a variety of exercise techniques and enforce safety regulations.
• Handle member requests, market programs and promote the health club.
• Develop and maintain professional fitness programs, ensuring correct exercise practice.
• Evaluate individual abilities and create tailored training plans.
• Motivate guests to achieve their fitness goals and support membership sales.
• Organise regular fitness events and ensure compliance with health, hygiene and fire safety policies.
• Provide nutrition and fitness tips to enhance workout programs.

Required profile

• Physical Education degree from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in fitness training or supervision.
• Strong time‑management, social perceptiveness and communication skills.
