Medical Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and well‑organized Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our growing clinic in Tyre. This on‑site position ensures smooth daily operations and supports both patients and medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, manage the reception area and control patient flow.
• Schedule, confirm and follow up on appointments via phone or messages.
• Enter and maintain patient records using the clinic’s software.
• Handle cash desk duties: register payments, issue receipts and keep accurate financial records.
• Coordinate daily schedules with doctors and assistants.
• Assist with ordering and follow‑up for lab services and suppliers.
• Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming front office environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑desk, reception or secretarial role, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in or near Tyre and able to work on‑site.
• Organized, accurate and trustworthy, especially with appointments and payments.
• Warm, patient‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and clinic/office software.
