Brand Manager - Alcohol and Spirits

About the role

Etablissements Antoine Massoud (EAM), a FMCG distributor active for over 90 years across the MENA region, is looking for a Brand Manager for its alcohol and spirits business. The Brand Manager develops and executes marketing and trade marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase market share and drive growth, covering brand communication, product positioning and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen market presence
• Achieve volume, market share and profitability targets for assigned brands
• Plan and run marketing campaigns and promotions, and measure their results
• Lead new product launches from concept to market introduction
• Prepare and manage the annual A&P plan and budget
• Carry out market research on consumer behaviour, pricing and competitors
• Prepare brand forecasts with sales and supply chain and ensure effective stock management
• Build supplier relationships and align marketing plans with brand positioning
• Work with sales and key account teams on trade marketing and tailored promotions
• Spend time in the field to understand market dynamics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, trade dynamics, market research and digital marketing
• Strategic, analytical and creative, with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic, English and French is an advantage
