About the role

The Associate Global HR Services Analyst supports the delivery of HR services across the organization, acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and helping ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries.
• Assist in resolving employee issues or direct them to the appropriate HR specialist.
• Maintain accurate employee records and monitor adherence to HR policies and employment laws.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
• Perform administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems.
