About the role
The Associate Global HR Services Analyst supports the delivery of HR services across the organization, acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and helping ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions about HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Assist in resolving employee issues or direct them to the appropriate HR specialist.
- Maintain accurate employee records and monitor adherence to HR policies and employment laws.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional seeking to develop HR expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow guidance from senior practitioners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work on time.
