Assistant Storekeeper - Cold Chain Warehousing

About the role

OCPH Logistica is hiring an Assistant Storekeeper for its warehouse operations. The role covers quality checks on incoming goods, stock management across dry, chilled and frozen categories, and handling product recalls, while also taking part in annual international audits.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out QIP checks on all received products (meat, chicken, vegetables, etc.) according to DQMP requirements
• Document quality control for all incoming goods throughout the year
• Manage both the Central Warehouse and Transfer Point operations at the same time
• Handle product recalls from the market, ensuring direct replacement for specific batch numbers and expiration dates
• Oversee all warehousing categories (dry, chilled and frozen)
• Provide management with required reports such as KPIs
• Take part in two annual international audits (SWA and DQMP) and sign off on stock-management documents
• Use a delivery system based on First-In and dedicated batch number and expiration date, managed in Excel

Required profile

• TS or BT3 degree in a related field; a license is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in stock management
• Basic written and spoken English

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
• Basic proficiency in email writing
