AI Workflow Engineer – Remote

About the role

Produktively is looking for an AI Workflow Engineer to join its remote team. You will design, build, and deploy AI‑driven automations that streamline real‑estate workflows and support decision‑making for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and AI solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain AI capabilities within existing products and systems.
• Build API integrations, Python scripts, and web‑data extraction pipelines.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and privacy.
• Collaborate with consultants, product managers, and engineers in a fast‑moving, remote environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in rapid prototyping and technical automation.
• Strong design and product‑management sense (will be assessed).
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with confidence speaking directly to clients.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to product, business, and client stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in Real Estate / PropTech is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• API integrations and web data extraction.
• Experience with Airtable, Softr, Claude Code/CodeX, Cursor.
• Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, N8n.
• Apify for web‑scraping and automation.
