About the role

LearnWith.AI is an edtech startup building AI‑powered learning applications for thousands of students worldwide. As a Technical Lead you will guide a small engineering team (3‑5 members) to deliver high‑quality product features while also contributing hands‑on code.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sophisticated, reference‑grade features for educational products.
• Conduct thorough pull‑request reviews with instructional feedback.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and constructive guidance.
• Orchestrate technical execution, break down feature requirements, and define quality benchmarks.
• Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead role, reviewing work and establishing team practices.
• Proven track record of shipping SaaS products.
• Experience using AI tools within the development workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to help other engineers improve and grow.
