Senior Project Manager – Agency Account Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑value client accounts from brief to delivery within a fast‑paced creative agency environment. You will act as the senior point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration across creative, production, and technology teams while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client engagements, from initial brief through final sign‑off.
• Lead client briefing sessions and translate inputs into actionable internal briefs.
• Conduct scope and feasibility assessments, highlighting commercial implications.
• Develop concept decks and visual presentations to secure client approval.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex account issues.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing relationships.
• Coordinate feasibility, timelines, and resourcing with Creative, Production, and Technology leads.
• Track and report project KPIs such as on‑time delivery, client satisfaction, revisions, and budget variance.
• Oversee platform compliance for campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, and Meta.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project management speed and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in a creative, production, or digital agency.
• Proven ownership of commercial client engagements, including contracting and scope management.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams on integrated campaigns.
• Background in AR, immersive, or social platform campaigns is a strong plus.
